Confirm the drawing before production starts – after the body is cut and the headstock is machined, changes to the pin pattern mean a new headstock, not an adjustment. Spare bushings and pins can be supplied with the unit so the first rebuild does not wait on parts.

Questions we are usually asked

Is the extra tine worth it over the four-tine version?
For clean trunks the difference is small. For mixed or irregular timber the fifth tine holds the load noticeably steadier, and it reduces the chance of a log working loose in transit.

What is the maximum opening?
Opening depends on the body and tine set you order. We confirm it against your drawing, and it can be built to a specified opening if your loads need a wider mouth.

Does the grapple come with a rotator?
A rotating head can be supplied on this body. It needs one auxiliary circuit; tell us the flow and pressure and we size the rotator to suit.

Related

All excavator attachments – 45 models

Attachment specifications and interface standards

Send your machine details for a quotation

The five-tine version of the 6013 body: a wider mouth and one more contact point for mixed loads of timber, brash and stone.
