A 750 W gear motor is the default answer wherever a conveyor, mixer or gate needs torque at low speed rather than raw speed – the gear stage trades speed for torque at a fixed efficiency. The KaiVoy 750 W unit is wound for 220 V or 380 V three-phase, with the reduction ratio selected to the application and B3 foot or flange mounting.
What is fixed and what you choose
| Item | Spec | Your call |
|---|---|---|
| Power | 750 W | Fixed – size the driven load before ordering |
| Supply | 220 V / 380 V, three phase | Confirm against the panel, not the nameplate hope |
| Ratio | Selectable to application | State output speed or torque, we confirm the ratio |
| Mounting | B3 foot / flange options | Match the machine’s existing foot print |
| Options | Brake, terminal box position, IP grade | Brake for holding loads and doors |
| MOQ | 10 sets | Fixed |
Selection rules that hold up in practice
- Start from the load, not the motor: belt and roller conveyor projects, mixers and agitators, industrial doors and packaging machinery all have characteristic torque curves – state the driven machine and duty cycle, and the ratio follows.
- Ratio = speed you have / speed you need: a 750 W motor at a lower ratio runs cooler than the same motor pushed by load at a higher ratio; do not buy torque twice.
- Brake or no brake: gates, hoists and any load that must hold position on power loss take the brake option; a free-spinning mixer barrel does not need it.
- Terminal box position and IP grade are cheap to specify at order and expensive to retrofit in the field – decide both against the machine drawing.
The 750 W unit sits in the industrial automation components range alongside sensors and connectors; full electrical data is on the product page.
FAQ
Can I run this motor on single phase?
No – the windings are three-phase 220 V or 380 V. Single-phase sites add a VFD or phase converter upstream, and we confirm the drive match when you enquire.
How do I get the right ratio without an engineering degree?
Tell us what the motor drives, the output speed it needs and the duty hours per day. The ratio is confirmed against those three answers before production.
What is the minimum order?
Request a quote – 10 sets, quoted FOB, CFR or CIF against your destination port with packing list and lead time confirmed before the invoice.
