Overview
A box broom sweeps and collects in the same pass. Instead of leaving a windrow behind, the bristles throw debris into a steel hopper that you lift and dump, which is why contractors use it for millings, gravel, sand and general site clean-up.
The BB60-S1140 is specified at 1550 mm width (61 in), 403 kg. It mounts on Bobcat 1140 (big); if your machine uses a different pattern we build to your pin dimensions instead.

Mounting and compatibility
Box brooms are matched to the loader’s quick-attach plate and auxiliary hydraulic flow. Send the loader model and its auxiliary flow in L/min and we confirm the plate, hose length and motor size before production.
Packing and delivery
Units are packed on an export frame or in a plywood crate, strapped and corner protected. We photograph the packed unit before dispatch and send the loading plan with the shipping documents. Tell us the destination port and we confirm the freight basis – FOB, CFR or CIF – in the quotation.
Frequently asked questions
What auxiliary hydraulic flow does a box broom need?
It depends on broom width: the wider the housing, the larger the motor. Give us your loader’s auxiliary flow and pressure and we match the motor to it rather than shipping a one-size unit.
Can it sweep in both directions?
Yes. Reversing the broom lets you sweep material into the hopper and then reverse to discharge, so the operator does not leave the cab between passes.
Will it fit my Bobcat or JCB?
We build the mount to the machine you specify, including Bobcat 1140 big frame, ZM602 and SMS/Trima patterns. Tell us the model and we confirm pin spacing and plate thickness.
