Because preserved plant material is a regulated commodity, the phytosanitary requirement of the destination country decides the packing and documentation: we confirm it before quoting, and the contact page explains what we can and cannot promise at customs.

Before you order
- confirm whether your country allows preserved (not dried, not fresh) plant material, and under which import condition;
- state the packing form: gift box, inner carton per piece, master carton count;
- for retail programmes, confirm barcodes and labelling language with us before artwork.
