Why Choose KaiVoy

Last updated: 21 October 2026

Buyers who source from China are not really buying a product – they are buying the way a supplier handles drawings, documents, delays and disputes. This page explains, in plain terms, how Fujian Kaivoy Technology Co., Ltd. works behind an order, so you can judge us on process rather than on adjectives. Nothing here replaces a signed quotation or Proforma Invoice; it describes the rules those documents follow.

Quality Assurance

Every attachment that leaves our factories is checked against the drawing or specification confirmed in the quotation – not against a sample that may or may not match your order.

  • Pre-shipment inspection. We check dimensions, welds, coating and interface dimensions (pin diameter, lug spacing, locking style) before packing, and we can send you photos or a short video of your actual unit before it is sealed in the crate.
  • Specified materials. Plate thickness, steel grade and hardness are written into the quotation, so what you accept on paper is what gets inspected at the factory.
  • 12-month warranty. Structural and manufacturing defects are covered for 12 months from arrival; the scope and the exclusions are spelled out in our Terms & Conditions rather than promised verbally.
  • 7-day transit claim window. If a crate arrives short or damaged, you have 7 days from arrival to file a written claim with photos – we would rather replace a problem part than argue about it.

If your market requires a specific certification or inspection report (for example a mill certificate or a third-party inspection before shipment), tell us before the quotation is issued so it is priced and scheduled instead of discovered at the port.

Global Shipping, Done by the Book

We quote and ship under the eleven Incoterms® 2020 rules – EXW, FCA, FAS, FOB, CFR, CIF, CPT, CIP, DAP, DPU and DDP – and we write the term and the named port on every quotation, so there is no debate about who pays for what at which stage.

  • Clear responsibility split. Our Shipping & Returns page includes a responsibility table showing, term by term, who books freight, who insures, who clears customs and who pays duties.
  • ISPM-15 compliant packaging. Export crates and dunnage are heat-treated and stamped, which is a routine requirement at most destination ports.
  • Documents that match the cargo. Commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading and – where required – certificate of origin and fumigation certificate are prepared from the same data, so the numbers on the invoice agree with the crate on the vessel.
  • No undervalued invoices. We decline requests to under-declare cargo value. It exposes you to penalties and voids insurance cover; we would rather lose an order than help you take that risk.

Pricing You Can Audit

Our quotations are built from a versioned internal price book, not from a number invented for the occasion. That has three practical consequences for you.

  • Factory-direct structure. Machinery attachments, plywood, industrial sensors and other lines are sourced from factories we work with directly in Fujian and neighbouring provinces – no trader layer adding margin on top of margin.
  • Quotations that stay valid. A quotation is valid for 15 days and is issued as a numbered document. Once you accept it, the price is locked even if our internal price book is updated in the meantime – your order is not repriced after the fact.
  • Volume shown, not hidden. MOQ and price breaks are stated on the quotation, so you can see what a second container changes instead of guessing.

Need a price for a model you do not see on the site? Send the specification or a photo to sales@kaivoy.com and we will quote it from the same book.

A Human Who Answers

Every inquiry is acknowledged immediately by our sales system and followed up by a named sales contact who stays with the file from quotation to shipment.

  • One thread, one contact. Replies come from sales@kaivoy.com on the same email thread – you never have to re-explain your project to a new address.
  • Machine matching. Tell us your machine model and coupler code, and we confirm pin diameter, lug spacing and locking style before the quotation is issued – the single most common cause of wrong attachments arriving.
  • Plain answers about limits. If a requested modification is not feasible, if a term needs approval, or if lead time is tight, we say so in the quotation rather than confirming first and renegotiating later.
  • After arrival. Claims, spare parts and installation questions are handled by the same contact who quoted the order, with the agreed warranty terms behind them.

One Supplier, Many Categories

Kaivoy covers four product lines that importers usually have to buy from four separate suppliers – which means four sets of samples, four freight consolidations and four relationships to manage.

  • Machinery attachments – excavator buckets, quick couplers, log grapples, forks and leveling buckets; see the excavator attachments catalogue overview for current models.
  • Building materials – film-faced plywood, aluminium doors and windows, sanitary ware.
  • Micro industrial components – proximity and photoelectric sensors, gear motors, chains and couplings for equipment builders.
  • Cultural heritage products – preserved flowers, calligraphy supplies and folk handicrafts for retail and gift programmes.

Because the lines ship from the same region, mixed orders can be consolidated into one container with one set of export documents. Browse the full product catalogue or tell us what you are sourcing this quarter.
