Machinery attachments / Tilt Coupler
Overview
A tilt coupler adds a hydraulic tilt axis between dipper and attachment, so a bucket can be angled to cut a batter, follow a fall or work close to a wall without repositioning the machine.
The TS30 is specified at 110 mm width (4 in), 38 kg. It mounts on S30-180; if your machine uses a different pattern we build to your pin dimensions instead.
Specifications
| Item | Value |
|---|---|
| Model | TS30 |
| Working width | 110 mm (4 in) |
| Weight | 38 kg |
| Mount / coupler | S30-180 |
Where it works
- Cutting and trimming batter slopes
- Working along walls, kerbs and foundations
- Drainage falls and cambers
- Trenching on uneven ground
- Fine grading without moving the carrier
Build and materials
- Hydraulic tilt cylinder with protected rod
- Hardened pivot pins and bushings
- S-type coupler interface on both sides
- Hoses and couplers supplied
Mounting and compatibility
Supplied on an S30-180 interface. A tilt coupler adds weight and height to the dipper end, so confirm the machine’s lift capacity with your heaviest bucket attached.
Packing and delivery
Units are packed on an export frame or in a plywood crate, strapped and corner protected. We photograph the packed unit before dispatch and send the loading plan with the shipping documents. Tell us the destination port and we confirm the freight basis – FOB, CFR or CIF – in the quotation.
Frequently asked questions
How much tilt does it give?
The tilt range depends on the coupler body and bucket heel clearance. We confirm the working angle against the bucket you intend to use.
Does it need an extra hydraulic circuit?
Yes, one auxiliary circuit for the tilt function. Machines with a proportional or hammer circuit are the easiest to fit.
Can I keep using my existing buckets?
Yes, as long as they carry the same S-type interface. Attachments with a different pin pattern need an adapter.
