A tilt coupler adds a hydraulic tilt axis between the dipper and the attachment, so the bucket angles left and right without the machine moving. On sites with batter slopes, kerb lines and foundation walls, that axis is the difference between repositioning the excavator twenty times a morning and trimming those faces in one setup. Batter slopes – cut and trim the face angle from one position instead of walking the machine along the slope for each pass.
Walls, kerbs and foundations – work flush along a vertical face without tracking the carpet into freshly placed work.
Drainage falls and cambers – set the fall with the tilt axis and hold it while the grading bucket lays the surface.
Trenching on uneven ground – keep the bucket square to the trench line when the tracks cannot sit level.

倾角接头还是普通快换接头？

A standard quick coupler changes attachments fast but keeps the attachment fixed on one axis. The tilt coupler changes attachments just the same and adds the hydraulic third plane – the cost is the 38 kg of the TS30 hanging past the pins and one more hydraulic function for the operator to manage. Machines that spend most days on fine grading and profiles earn it back; machines that mostly dig straight trenches may not.

Coupler pattern: the TS30 mounts on S30-180; if your machine uses a different pattern we build to your pin dimensions instead – the same rule as all KaiVoy excavator attachments.

Any device between dipper and attachment adds a joint, and tilting shifts the load off the pin axis. For grading, profiling and light digging in the 1 – 2 t class the TS30 is specified for, the margin is not the limiting factor.

现有的挖斗还能用吗？

Yes – the tilt coupler carries the same S30-180 interface your buckets already fit, so the existing set transfers over unchanged.
